PCB Unveils Mr. Floats and the CarnEvil of Souls Kickstarter
Fresh off headlining the Hall of Shadows at the sold out MidSummer Scream in Long Beach, CA that instilled laughter and fear into the hearts of over 50,000 attendees, PCB Entertainment announces their collaboration with Mr. Floats & The CarnEvil of Souls - heading to Kickstarter on September 23rd, 2025.
This delightfully macabre children's book and experience is best described as an illustrated love letter to Tim Burton and Edward Goring that is sure to leave spooky fans shaking with excitement and fright!
Mr. Floats and his twisted carnival characters will be touring live across the United States to promote the campaign this Halloween season, launching at LA Comic Comic Con (September 26-28) at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
Once funded, the Mr. Floats & the CarnEvil of Souls campaign will officially reveal tiered stretch goals along with their soon to be announced celebrity talent partnerships, to produce a new compendium book titled, Field Guide to the Faded. The stretch goals will expand upon the ever growing world of Mr. Floats, his CarnEvil of Souls, the Faded that haunt his twisted version of New Orleans, and the tragic backstory of how Mr. Floats came to be!
The story of Mr. Floats & the CarnEvil of Souls reads as: In 1806, Hrodebert Kasparov Grau created “Verlorene Seele” (The Lost Souls) based on the infamous 1711 carnival disaster. Reprinted under the title “CarnEvil of Souls” the book became known as the fable that originated the children’s song “Row Row Row Your Boat.” And now the forgotten classic has been restored for generations to come.
During this campaign backers will have the chance to pledge from multiple tiers, including 5” x 7” hardcover, 12” leather hardcover and 12” Vinyl. These high end items and signature experiences are hallmarks of PCB, known for their previous Frost Road Kickstarter, The Exiled with Wesley Snipes and Mr. Floats convention appearances over the past six years.
