Cosplayers of Dream Con 2026
Dream Con is known for cosplay, and while we could have photographed hundreds of amazing outfits, with the sheer amount of programming and activities, we captured what we could.
Held in Houston at the George R. Brown Convention Center, Dream Con brought in tens of thousands of attendees celebrating anime, comics, video games, and film.

I’ve been cosplaying for 8 years and I love the fact that my Magneto cosplay was handmade by The Geek Forge—who are great costume and cosplay designers. I thought this cosplay would be great to showcase how we collaborated to bring the look of Magneto from the comics and TV show X-Men ‘97 to real life.

I like to showcase strong women characters and it’s not often you see people cosplay Queen Ramonda. My favorite part of cosplaying is shaping a costume in a way that fits me and serves as inspiration for plus-size Black Women who question if cosplay is for them. Cosplaying at Dream Con was such an experience—the Black joy, the support, and the fun!

Cosplaying at Dream Con was awesome! I enjoyed highlighting my 3D-printed Batman cowl made by a good friend, and interacting with other cosplayers and making new friends. I’ve been cosplaying for seven years, so I wanted to show up in style.

Cosplaying at Dream Con was very special for me. Everyone was so kind and supportive. I’ve been cosplaying since 2019, and for this year I picked Jane Doe from Zenless Zone Zero as I related to this character the most. My favorite of my costume is the ears and the tail.
